Their movement embodied exchange, continuity, and purpose, transforming the act of running into a living message. Translating this legacy into a contemporary context, the campaign positions today’s runners as modern messengers navigating both physical and internal terrain. The Atacama Desert serves as both landscape and metaphor — expansive, silent, and exacting — where motion becomes meaning and endurance becomes expression. The collection launched alongside an immersive experience for relay and solo runners traversing 500 kilometers of raw desert terrain, uniting product, place, and performance within a singular narrative framework. We set ourselves to build fandom, brand recognition and positive sentiment for On, creating a reputation as an aspirational brand that understands and values athletes of all ages and levels. Problem: On needed to build brand affinity and cultural relevance within a historic track &amp; field event beyond traditional product marketing. It’s in the uncertainty of our world, the endless churn of digital overload, and the quiet turbulence in our own minds. But it’s also the fire that drives change—the discomfort that pushes us to grow. We explore the tension of how running becomes both a reprieve from the chaos and an embrace of discomfort.&nbsp; On the run, we confront the noise, move through the unease, and come out the other side transformed. Through raw stories, bold visuals, and reflections from the edges of running culture, this chronicle captures the power of turning visceral unrest into high-octane fuel—for the miles, for the mind, and for navigating our broader human existence.&nbsp; In partnership with The North Face, the Make Running Magazine issue 6 sheds light on the intersection of running and culture, through an editorial voice that seeks to uplift the stories that remain untold. 100-custom designed analog cameras were distributed among photographers who explored “Unrest” during the global TSP ultra-races. There is no better way to convey what it means to feel something than through experience. Whether it’s jumping in an ice-covered lake or test-driving a new car on the autobahn, there is no substitute for first person interaction.&nbsp;The brand's first ever launch of men’s footwear was an experience hosted at the Chelsea Factory — from start to finish, guests received a behind the scenes look into how innovation and emotion have come together to inform design for the wholly unique collection. Problem: lululemon needed to introduce its first men’s footwear line in a way that translated technical innovation into an emotionally resonant brand experience. As Associate Director of Design, I helped shape the campaign’s visual and messaging ecosystem as efforts shifted from early fundraising to persuasive outreach and national mobilization. Following the transition to Vice President Harris’s historic candidacy, the campaign entered an intensive 107-day sprint, producing cross-platform creative designed for speed, clarity, and impact. Social video content was developed for Meta, Snap, and YouTube Shorts, while core campaign narratives were translated into debate response ads, validator content, and newsboost placements. Rally promotion materials supported nationwide organizing efforts, driving more than 140,000 signups across 37 events. Problem: The campaign required rapid, high-volume creative capable of adapting to evolving strategy while maintaining message clarity across national and hyperlocal audiences. Solution: Working in close partnership with strategists, the design team delivered rapid-turn creative for hyperlocal paid placements across battleground states. The program produced over 4,500 unique creative variations, generating more than 4.4 billion impressions and sustaining a consistent, high-visibility campaign presence at scale. Through hands-on experiences that highlight Pixel’s best in class camera and all its helpful ways, each touchpoint showcased the power of Pixel. From retail window-takeover installations, cross-channel marketing communications, OOH activities, consumer social-challenges through to the Made By Google events, we launched something special in a region already known for its elevated sense of style.Problem: Google needed to introduce Pixel to Northern Europe with a culturally relevant campaign that would stand out in a saturated premium tech market.
